The use of Quick Plant Devices (QPDs) appears to be increasing.
Simple, cheap and very effective at extracting information from an area where critical information is created, discussed, stored or edited.
Can your TSCM service provider detect, identify and pin-point locate passive/store-forward/burst transmissions, etc?
Ensure that any TSCM service provider that you contact is fit for purpose.
Unfortunately, there seems to be an abundance of what we at Verrimus refer to as ‘wandwavers’ touting their services as ‘TSCM experts’. Wandwavers like to brag about what equipment they use, they say phrases like “we can find any bug”! Please be careful, don’t be a victim of a wandwaver scam artist!
Using a TSCM provider whom does not have the relevant expertise, experience and equipment will give you nothing more than a false sense of security!
